Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by I Tech Solutions Ltd ("BrokerTech", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website at brokertech.ai and our SaaS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

BrokerTech provides a cloud-based broker technology platform including, but not limited to:

• Forex Broker CRM and client management system.
• IB (Introducing Broker) module with commission management.
• MT5 plugins for copy trading, PAMM/MAM, and risk management.
• White-labeled mobile application.
• API access and third-party integrations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Payment

Fees for our services are as described on our pricing page and in your service agreement. Key payment terms:

• All fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• No setup fees are charged for standard deployments.
• Revenue share model fees (where applicable) are calculated and billed monthly based on net revenue.
• Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the BrokerTech platform, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by I Tech Solutions Ltd. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload, process, or store through our platform. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. Upon termination, we will provide you with a complete export of your data in a standard format within 30 days of request.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Tech Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.9% platform uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Service credits may apply for downtime exceeding our SLA commitments, as detailed in your service agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for month-to-month subscriptions.
• Immediately if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to cure within 14 days of written notice.
• Immediately if required by law or regulation.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export. No early termination penalties apply to month-to-month subscriptions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which I Tech Solutions Ltd is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of I Tech Solutions Ltd's registered office.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
