Part of the client relationship

More connected services for your clients.

Copy trading and PAMM each need a clear journey for clients and a manageable process behind the scenes. Bring provider access, account activity and administration into your broker environment.

01

Provider discovery and subscriptions

Support strategy-provider profiles and client subscription workflows through the portal. Connect participation with the client accounts and permissions managed in your CRM.

02

Connected copy-trading operations

Bring provider and follower activity into the trading integration. Scope the account model, trade-copying behavior and supported platform around the service you intend to offer.

03

PAMM investment workflows

Manage investor participation, deposits and investment records alongside manager accounts. Configure the program’s participation and withdrawal conditions for your operating model.

04

Fee administration

Work with performance-fee and settlement workflows, including high-water-mark accounting where applicable. Give administrators the records needed to review fees and handle operational exceptions.

05

Client and administrator visibility

Connect participation records, account information and administrative controls. Keep the client journey close to the CRM that already handles profiles, verification and funding.

Before we talk

The practical questions.

What is the difference between copy trading and PAMM?

Copy trading follows a provider’s trading activity in follower accounts. A PAMM program manages investor participation in a managed-account arrangement. They have different account, allocation and fee workflows, so we scope them separately even when both sit in the same client portal.

Can these workflows sit inside our broker CRM?

Yes. BrokerTech CRM includes copy-trading and PAMM services. If you use another CRM, we first assess the integration work and the account, funding and identity connections needed.

Which trading platforms are supported?

The existing copy-trading implementation includes MT5 connectivity. Platform support for your selected copy or PAMM workflow is confirmed during scoping; the CRM’s broader platform integrations should not be assumed to provide identical support for every investment feature.

Can we configure provider fees?

We review the fee model, high-water-mark behavior where applicable, settlement schedule and administrative controls your program requires. Existing settings and any additional development are identified in the proposal.

Can you build a different provider or investor journey?

Yes. Provider onboarding, participation rules and reporting can be scoped as custom work. We define the intended behavior and validation scenarios before quoting the implementation.
