Broker deployments can use separate environments and databases. We review the products, data location and system boundaries for your proposed setup, including the current TradeHawk identity and broker-engine model.

Staff access and permissions
Role-based access controls support different back-office responsibilities. Administrative access can be restricted through private-network or gated-access arrangements, according to the deployment.

Operational audit records
The platform records supported administrative, financial and trading events for operational review. We demonstrate the records relevant to your workflows during the technical assessment.

Secure connections
Public application endpoints use HTTPS. Integration access and credentials are configured for the services and providers in your environment. The technical review defines the required network and access controls.

Backup and recovery responsibilities
Your deployment agreement defines backup ownership, retention, restore procedures and any required recovery objectives. We can include restore testing and operational runbooks in the delivery scope.

Maintenance and incident support
Agree the release process, support contacts, coverage and escalation path before launch. Response commitments and maintenance responsibilities belong in the service agreement for your package.
